Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos to hello@terraluxestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Custom Orders
Custom and bulk orders are non-returnable unless damaged in transit. Please review all details before confirming.
Change of Mind
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Amounts are credited to the original payment method.
